Optical Illusion with Safety Cone
Here is another view of one of the cones. They are about 20 feet tall and there are five of them scattered throughout the park.

I love it! I really like the Art work at the Olympic Sculpture Park.
It really does look like he's touching the cone. And you should know better than to touch signs that say don't touch. Hee-hee
